Since we sell specialized high end products, returns and exchanges are subject to prior approval only within 15 days of receipt of the product with tags in tact and for a valid reason. Please contact us by email at email@example.com or via phone at 847-517-6373 to get your authorization for returns and exchanges. There are restrictions on returns and exchanges of bridal products and some other products. If unsure please get prior authorization for return/exchange before you purchase. Our policies and customer support are extremely customer friendly.
We’re always ready to help you with convenient options and friendly services. In case of an incorrect or dissatisfied fit, customers can choose to alter their garments.
Please note that an alteration request must be placed in 3 days after receiving the order. To ensure the safety and reliability of order deliveries, we urge customers to send the packages with the invoice and labels intact.
A confirmation email will be sent to customers after placing an alteration request.
Panache offers free alterations on selected garments. However, customers may be levied an additional alteration change in certain circumstances, depending on the extent of alteration required along with the nature and fabric of the garment. The customers will be notified of extra charges.
Our alterations include flexible options that allow customers to customize their garments in the way they like. Hence, we try and make the alterations procedure as seamless, convenient and as quick as possible for you. With our alterations and fitting suggestions, our aim is to provide you with the best fitting garments that do not just meet but exceed the expectations of our customers.
Returns & Exchanges

No exchanges or returns are offered for altered and customized garments. and for garments with stitched-in blouse. These include sarees, kurtas, tops, salwars, and pants etc. However, customer may send requests for alterations. Upon approval we can do them either at no charge or for an additional nominal charge depending upon the extent of alteration.
Please note that all orders for returns and/or alterations must be processed via courier services with online tracking facilities. We advise customers to use FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Orders returned without a tracking service will not be accepted.
During returns, additional shipping charges will be borne and paid by the customer. Panache is not liable to pay return shipping charges in case customers decide to return the order for alteration or cancellation.
