In the odd case that you do not love your Panache products, here is our policy on returns:
1. Eligible products can only be returned within 5 to 7 business days after the delivery date in the United States. You can find the return policy of each product under the Shipping Info section of the product page., ie. The customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo/video of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order. (firstname.lastname@example.org )
3. Not all products are eligible for returns. Returns will only be accepted if the garment is unworn and in its original condition with tags attached. Jewelry sales are final.
4. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are “Final Sale.” Prior to making a purchase, please understand which items are eligible for returns.

5. Exchanges, alterations, and repairs will be offered as the first resolution. The Panache Care team must receive and approve your return request. Upon receiving and approving your request, you must mail it directly to the company along with the receipt of the item and tags on.
6. Upon authorization, we will process your refund. Refunds will reflect as a store credit in your account after the deduction of a 10% restocking fee. You may use it toward the purchase of any other item in the store.
